We begin with an inspiring Soul Flow Yoga class, thoughtfully guided by Dr. Stephanie. Through breath, mindful movement, and intentional sequencing, you’ll gently open your body, ground your energy, and prepare your heart for the journey ahead.
🎶 Musical Mantra Journey / Kirtan with Ryan & Gina
From there, allow Ryan Hader and Gina to lead you through a soulful mantra experience. Through live music, mantra, and collective voice, you’ll be invited into a deeply uplifting and heart-opening space. This musical voyage is designed to quiet the mind, elevate the spirit, and foster connection through sound.
💃 Ecstatic Dance with Gina Maray
We close our Soulstice celebration with an ecstatic dance session led by the radiant Gina Maray. Move freely, release what no longer serves you, and dance into joy, clarity, and freedom. No choreography, no expectations. Just pure, expressive movement.
